Sr Specialist – P2P& Contract Management

What you’ll deliver
•You’ll oversee Supply Management controls, risks, and compliance across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process.
•You’ll ensure purchasing data integrity and Purchase Order compliance through regular sampling and accuracy monitoring.
•You'll manage and execute the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment (CARM) cycle, and design and test procurement controls in line with established guidelines.
•You’ll coordinate with the Risk & Assurance Team to implement initiatives, review audit findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
•You’ll establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE and Dubai Government laws and Dubai Airports policies.
What you bring
•You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field. Overall experience 6 months – 3 years in Procurement .
•You’ll have a knowledge of ERP system ( Preferably Oracle ), Tejari and advanced Excel
• You’ll professional procurement qualification eg CIPS.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 6 months to 3 years of procurement experience
- Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Oracle
- Knowledge of Tejari
- Advanced Excel skills
- Professional procurement qualification, such as CIPS
