The Role:  

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our team to support Entegris’ Advanced Purity Solutions Division Operations Finance global consolidation, reporting and analysis based in Billerica, MA. 

The Plant Finance Senior Specialist will  provide financial decision support to global manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to the Operations Finance Director and Operations Leadership Teams within our APS  Division.  The individual will assist with monthly forecasting and monthly consolidation and reporting, and own specific closing related and forecasting activities. In addition, the Senior Specialist will be responsible for analysis at the Divisional level that provides insights into operational performance. This role will support manufacturing sites in achieving their operating and financial plans through data driven analysis and recommendations. The individual will also support Capital Expenditures (CapEx) strategic analysis and execution. This position will report to the Operations Finance Director.  

This position will be based onsite at least 3 days a week in Billerica, MA.

What You’ll Do:  

• Analyze, understand and interpret financial results; provide insightful and actionable feedback/recommendations for management in identifying opportunities for improvement.    

• Support monthly/annual forecasting/budgeting;  

• Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational, Division and Corporate goals;  

• Review/explain manufacturing variances;  

• Business/Operations decision support through analysis;  

• Provide data drive analysis and insights to drive accountability;  

• Support preparation, execution and analysis of Capital Expenditures (CapEx) 

• Complete month end close tasks supporting consolidation of Division results, ensuring that financial statements are properly stated and conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), 

• Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees.  

What We Seek:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years experience;  

• Financial modeling and analysis experience;  

• Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred;  

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts;  

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;  

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment;  

• Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude;  

• Proficient SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; Business Objects and/or SAP BPC a plus;  

• Strong communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners.

• Compensation: $85,500 - $114,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
