Responsibilities | 職務内容

- Resolve calls from end users of our multinational clients regarding technical issues and incidents in their everyday office IT infrastructure environment
- Escalate incidents to the next support level where appropriate
- Provide general application and device support when required
- Coordinate multi-vendor hardware break-fix activities
- Track, manage, and report on IT assets and knowledge base content
- Perform annual PC and printer replacement tasks
- Carry out upgrades, repairs, and modifications to existing systems, including replacement of components such as keyboards, monitors, and disks
- Diagnose hardware problems and provide appropriate support. Install, test, and operate basic operating system software and standard applications

- Understanding of helpdesk and desktop operations
- A minimum of three years of employment experience supporting desktop equipment
- Knowledge of desktop devices and environments, including PCs, IP phones, mobile devices, and printers
- Native-level Japanese and basic English skills, approximately TOEIC 500-600
- Experience providing remote support
- Positive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global IT team
