Project Management Support
- Act as a PMO lead for GTM and commercialization initiatives, providing execution rigor, transparency, and accountability across workstreams.
- Own integrated execution plans, aligning product, commercial, operational, and regional activities into a single coherent roadmap.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), decision trackers, and execution dashboards to support leadership oversight.
- Drive execution cadence through structured check-ins, milestone reviews, and action tracking.
- Continuously improve execution frameworks, templates, and ways of working to scale and standardize GTM delivery across initiatives.
Cross-Functional & Regional Orchestration
- Serve as a central execution partner across Product, Regions, Finance, Legal, Sales Enablement, and Operations.
- Support global-to-local rollout orchestration, ensuring consistent core strategy while enabling regional customization where required.
- Coordinate inputs and timelines across stakeholders to reduce friction, avoid duplication, and maintain alignment.
- Enable clear communication across teams through concise updates, structured materials, and well-defined ownership.
Qualifications & Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, coordination, program support, or product management roles, preferably in payments, technology, or complex matrix organizations.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
