Role Responsibilities • Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff.• Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.• Ensure personnel possess appropriate skills and behaviors; effectively communicate performance results.• Provide technical and advisory support to ensure the development and implementation of applications.• Recommend policy changes and implementations.• Perform strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and department management.
