Role Responsibilities • Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff.• Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.• Ensure personnel possess appropriate skills and behaviors; effectively communicate performance results.• Provide technical and advisory support to ensure the development and implementation of applications.• Recommend policy changes and implementations.• Perform strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and department management.
All About You• Business or Finance Major• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data analytics into actionable business insights• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Project management expertise, highly organized with keen attention to detail• Ability to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills are advantageous• Quick learner when it comes to new applications and technologies; experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools is beneficial• Understanding of risk management disciplines
