Overview
This team was established in response to increasing regulatory reporting requirements for investment funds domiciled in the Netherlands, driven by enhanced oversight from the European Central Bank (ECB) and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).
The Regulatory Reporting Team is split across two locations: Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Wrocław, Poland, and works in close partnership to deliver high-quality regulatory reporting services to clients and regulators.
The team is responsible for the delivery of regulatory reporting services, including the production of reporting under MESRAP / MER, Solvency II Lite, and EIOPA requirements. Reporting is prepared in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and includes completion of regulatory templates, execution of checks and controls, and timely submission to regulators.
The team provides regulatory filings to the DNB on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, coordinates ad hoc queries and requests from regulators and clients, and manages reporting processes to ensure that industry deadlines are consistently met.
The client base includes insurance companies, pension funds, and investment fund managers. These asset owners are required to report to the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) and the DNB on transactions, positions, receivables, payables, and profit and loss account details on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
On a day-to-day basis, the team ensures that all submissions are completed accurately and in line with established guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
