Specialist IV in EL Placements, oversees complex placement logistics, including sites requiring special portal access or paper-based applications, and conducts year-round outreach to source and manage sites. They secure experiential learning placements and provide oversight and guidance to Specialist II as they work to clear learners through their onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Secure experiential learning placements at assigned and prospective sites

Manage placements for sites requiring special portals or paper-based applications

Conduct year-round outreach to existing and prospective sites to secure placement opportunities

Initiate real-time requests and communications with new sites to meet learner needs

Maintain communication with current and new sites to ensure partnership satisfaction

Oversee and provide guidance to Specialist II, ensuring proper handling of site requests and learner clearances

Monitor site onboarding and communication requirements, updating shared digital interfaces

Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings

Ensure data integrity within portals, CRM, and other systems

Support pre- and post-semester placement projects

Escalate critical or systemic issues to leadership as necessary

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certification

Minimum 3 years of experience in placement coordination or educational operations

Strong communication, customer service, and professional correspondence skills

Experience managing complex or non-standard placement processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and placement portals
