The Position
Working with a high level of independence, provide project management support for Organon’s corporate-wide technical assignments for single-site complex projects and multi-site strategic initiatives. Assists in defining project requirements and objectives, oversees project planning activities, and supports cross-functional teams during program execution. Promotes consistency across initiatives through the implementation of standardized methodologies / tools; use of common communication and reporting platforms; and lesson-learned discussions. Identifies risks & issues affecting program progress / success and facilitates solutions to ensure successful project implementation and goal achievement.
Responsibilities
Subject to the specific initiative assigned, the following represents the range of activities and responsibilities required of this position:

Help to identify and evaluate project management approaches to aid in determining most effective tools and solutions in managing and achieving project plans/goals.

Lead project implementation (planning, execution, reporting) across multi-functional groups, monitor progress against plan, identify issues that may have an impact on overall schedule and provide timely status reports to management personnel involved in the initiative.

Assist in developing the methodology, processes and templates (including web-based tools) to guide the creation of remediation plans. Assist in developing the comprehensive plan, commitment dates and key milestones (as appropriate); provide coaching/counseling to employees in the development of action plans; and ensure that remediation plans capture sustainable compliance expectations.

Implement and track remediation activities to ensure timely completion within established commitments.
Required Education, Experiences and Skills:

Master in Life or Physical Sciences (i.e. Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Physics, etc)

Working experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry

Strong in written and oral communications in both Dutch and English
-
Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
-
Good working level knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
-
4 to 5 years experience in project management
