We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead, define, and elevate Scoot’s digital loyalty and award redemption experience across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end journey of how members discover, understand, and redeem their rewards — ensuring the experience is intuitive, seamless, and aligned with our broader digital and loyalty strategy.This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, UX, and customer insight — perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving user value, and delivering meaningful experiences at scale.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for award redemption and loyalty features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Lead the end-to-end experience across platforms — from UX design, content and redemption logic to performance tracking and optimisation.
Analyse usage, conversion, behavioural metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform prioritisation.
Collaborate with Loyalty BU, UX, developers, and other stakeholders to launch and optimise campaigns, journeys, and features.
Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Ensure tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks are in place and validated pre- and post-launch.
Communicate roadmap updates, risks, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Champion user experience, accessibility, and consistency across Scoot’s digital channels.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or digital consumer product roles.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape product direction.
Experience working with UX and development teams in an agile environment.
Bonus: familiarity with loyalty systems, travel, e-commerce, or mobile-first product design.
