Director, Account Management
Overview
This role is responsible for leading the Mastercard relationship with key banking partner(s) in Singapore, acting as the primary account owner.
The position requires a commercially driven, strategic account leader who can partner with customers and cross-functional Mastercard teams to design and execute payment strategies that drive revenue growth and deepen client engagement. The role calls for strong execution focus, deep payments expertise, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Role
Own and execute account plans aligned to customer and Mastercard growth objectives
Lead the overall relationship and profitability of assigned accounts, engaging senior stakeholders across the client organization
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, GDV, and share growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-sell of Mastercard products and services
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Services) to deliver integrated client solutions
Manage contractual commitments and ensure delivery against long-term partnership agreements
Develop and deliver innovative programs to drive customer loyalty and increase market share
Conduct market analysis and assess new opportunities to support client and market strategy
Build strong, trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
