The Role:
Identify improvement opportunities in business processes and manufacturing operations from the perspectives of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS), and lead initiatives through execution.
Educate and train operators and engineers in Kaizen (TPS), Lean (Yellow Belt, Green Belt), and Six Sigma methodologies.
In this role you will:
Engage operation employees and engineers to foster and sustain a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture.
Document improvement activities and outcomes as standard work and best practices.
Lead variation reduction and yield improvement initiatives using Six Sigma method.

Experience in manufacturing e.g., Industrial Engineering (IE), Continuous Improvement (CI), etc.
Experience in implementing one-piece flow, standard work.
Experience proactively leading on-site improvement activities, such as Kaizen, process improvement, and standardization

Experience participating in global meetings conducted in English.

Has achieved clear improvements in quality, safety, cost, and productivity through CI activities and improvement projects.
Has effectively implemented Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, standard work, VSM, variation reduction, and yield improvement initiatives.
Has provided training on CI methodologies to operators and engineers.
Skills Required
- Experience in manufacturing, such as industrial engineering or continuous improvement
