As the Senior Specialist – Commercial Deployment & Utilization, you will facilitate the successful implementation of our transformational CRM and other commercial platforms. You will challenge the current state of our sales organization and lead continuous improvements in commercial outcomes for our organization. You will be involved with deployment planning, training development, leadership in both virtual and in-person settings, and competent troubleshooting. You must demonstrate a proactive mindset, excellent communication & problem solving skills and strong leadership skills with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment readiness process for Digital Data Platform (DDP), powered commercial products such as CRM (LISN), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Revenue Intelligence Tools, and Multi or Omni-Channel applications to include lead management across the enterprise.
- Ensure optimal utilization of commercial applications to include leveraging full suite of capabilities to increase deal size, embed service offerings to deals, accelerate deals to close, increase deal conversion rates, expand profitability, and increased customer value.
- Drive optimal adoption and utilization of platform enhancements, including AI/ML capabilities, to optimize customer facing activities, continuously improve customer response Service Level Agreements (SLAs), reduce sales OPEX, and increase customer experience.
- Drive adoption and optimal utilization of our enterprise sales methodology through CRM, CPQ and other commercial applications.
- Develop, edit, and implement documents, PowerPoint presentations, and modules.
- Review training documents created by Commercial Deployment Specialists to ensure consistent standards are reached.
- Lead and facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions with end-users, effectively promoting the benefits of Unified Sales Desk (USD) and answering queries.
- Understand and cater to the learning styles preferred by branch managers or senior leaders to create tailored training content.
- Manage onboarding training for new users, including USD CRM, and Order Entry in the future.
- Answer emails promptly and effectively, demonstrating independent problem-solving before seeking assistance.
- Ensure proper SLAs are met in response to incoming emails and tickets.
- Interface with Product Owners to break down complex information into digestible chunks for coaches.
- Draft concise, creative communications that engage and inform readers.
- Effectively communicate with both the project team and the user, acknowledging and managing differing expectations.
- Prioritize self-troubleshooting before reaching out to users.
- Create, edit, and manage resolutions for ticketing system.
- Lead monthly Webinar, which includes content creation and live presentations to a large audience.
- Support & mentor Commercial Deployment Specialist when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree – Business Administration, Marketing required
- 6+ years of training, sales, marketing and/or commercial experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources
- Ability to consult with all levels of management to determine viable solutions to problems in a corporate environment
- Ability to develop training materials and programs from scratch, formally or informally
- Understands traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, virtual or face- to-face classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and MSFT Suite
- Employ problem-solving skills to address product limitations, helping users maximize the platform's utility
- Apply critical thinking to discern the feasibility and logic of proposed project solutions
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the role, from ticketing to training development
- Superior attention to detail and communication skills, both oral and written
- System experience with CRM, Order Entry, Quoting tools preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
