We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Processing to join our AIS Investor Services team. This role is responsible for performing complex operational activities, managing escalated client issues, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving process improvements across Investor Services operations.
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting team development, enhancing operational controls, and contributing to automation and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring exceptional client service.

BNY AIS Investor Services provides scalable administrative, operational, and infrastructure solutions across the fund lifecycle. We support leading global Private Markets clients through efficient operational delivery, strong controls, and continuous innovation.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Perform and oversee complex investor servicing and client processing activities.
Analyse and resolve moderate to complex operational issues and exceptions.
Ensure high-quality execution of investor transactions and associated operational processes.
Identify and mitigate operational risk through strong control procedures and attention to detail.
Support onboarding of new clients, funds, products, and operational processes.
Client Service & Issue Resolution
Manage and resolve moderate to complex client inquiries and escalations.
Partner with organizational units to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective service delivery.
Participate in client meetings and operational reviews where required.
Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate existing processes.
Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and quality.
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes, systems, and client requirements.
Review work performed by others to ensure quality and compliance with established procedures.
Support achievement of team objectives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Strong knowledge of Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, or Client Processing operations.
Ability to analyse complex issues and recommend practical solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and client service skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and risk awareness.
Interest in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
5–7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Experience within Private Markets, Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Investor Services, or Financial Services operations preferred.
Extensive research and analytical skills with the ability to validate information and documentation.
Demonstrated experience resolving complex operational or client-related issues.
Experience supporting process improvement, automation, change initiatives, or system implementations is preferred.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
