Position Summary
Purpose of the job:
MX B2B Sales is in charge of Mobile Experience B2B Sales, Channels and Key Accounts, and regularly go to market to identify needs, potential projects and develop new sales. And be the point of contact for the KAs and work closely with partners/resellers in assigned key accounts and related opportunities.
KAMs are responsible for the complete solution package of products and services available through Samsung and managing the account from start to finish by recommending the appropriate product for the right solution along with pre-sales team.
Key Objectives:
- [Regional Sales] Expand Samsung Mobile Experience products in Levant area.
- [Key Account Management] Continuous relationship with SME, Corporates and mega projects owners.
- [Sales Channels] Recruit and enhance B2B sales channels on various business levels.
- [Sales Management] Set the mid and long term sales strategy.
- [Account Management] Facilitate the mid and long term relationship with accounts.
- [Market Sensing] Analyze competitors and market trends.
- [Demand Projection] Project sales supply and demand.
- [Business Opportunity Development] In charge to develop new accounts and business opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for MX B2B in Levant region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Achieve individual targets related to MBO/KPI and manage all activities related to sales to its customers.
- Strong experience in using sales related systems, such as Sales Force, Sales Portal and Knox Services.
- Sell in/Sell Thru and Sellout programs and target achievement.
Key Account Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, channels and partners in Levant.
- Address customer inquires and analyze needs to provide business solutions and applications.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to understand competitors' offerings, product trends and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions to match B2B customer's needs.
- Strong and proven Data visualization techniques using MS Excel and Power Point.
Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing, contract and terms internally with Product Managers, and externally with Sales Channels.
- Prepare business proposals and price quotations with selected customers and channels.
- Strong knowledge in tenders requirements and flow of application.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Product, Supply Chain and Sales Management teams to insure timely availability of inventory.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop and implement workshops, seminars, contents and POC’s.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and gather major business insights.
- Monitor and report market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales, Marketing and Key Account/Channel/Partner Management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and time management.
- Project Management, Marketing, Business Analytics certifications is a plus.
