Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, AI and Marketing TechnologistThe mission of the Global Digital Marketing team is to empower marketing teams around the world with cutting-edge digital marketing solutions and strategic innovation. We provide leading MarTech, create innovative digital platforms, offer activation services, and consult on forward-thinking strategies and ideas. The role of Data Scientist, Global Digital Marketing, is to develop AI-based tools, predictive models, and data-driven strategies for the marketing organisation. Reporting into the VP Global Digital Marketing (AI and Data), London-based.Key responsibilities:
• Help Program Manage AI-based solutions to enhance internal process efficiencies and optimize marketing operations.
• Simulate data environments and manage data extraction, transformation, and testing processes.
• Work to help develop ‘Knowledge bases’ for various AI bots.
• Manage the taxonomy development of data pools.
• Be responsible for creating trackable KPI frameworks.
• Ensure data compliance, scalability, and security in all AI tools and datasets.
• Working with Engineers and devs, ensure data and databases can be integrated into an Agentic structure.
• Design predictive and prescriptive models to improve marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modelling to identify trends for performance optimization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the efficiency and scalability of the data pipeline for AI tool development.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong Experience managing Knowledge bases and working with AI.
• Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and teams and working within budgets.
• Experience in Gen LLM tool platforms and process – Databricks Mosaic AI preferably, Co-Pilot, Open AI are nice to haves.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Experience in global role working with teams in different locations.
• Experience in Agile process methodology
• Experience in is Jira helpful.
• Experience in scoping, running Vendor RFPs and developing SOWs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
• Familiarity in Marketing verticals a bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
