- Assist qualifying opportunities, primarily to help determine how a current customer or prospect’s critical business requirements align with business need.
- Serve as a solutions consultant, working with Sales leadership and other leaders across the organization to ensure value is demonstrated to address institutional challenges.
- Coordinate and participate in strategy and discovery calls; represent at conferences; and provide industry and product knowledge support throughout the sales process as needed.

- Demonstrated track record of success in providing pre-sales support or customer-facing consulting with documentation supporting results.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a customer-facing role preferably in a pre-sale or a consultant capacity.
