Everforth ECS is looking for a senior-level Solutions Architect to support a variety of highly complex technical initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, ISR, Big Data/Cloud, secure infrastructure, and enterprise systems integration. This role serves as a recognized technical expert within the Business Unit – Intel team, providing technical leadership across multiple programs, customers, and mission environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Hardware Strategy: Serve as the definitive Principal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for hardware and form factors, architecting and governing global deployment strategies across all enterprise locations and customer portfolios.
  • Asset Governance & Lifecycle Management: Establish and oversee comprehensive asset management frameworks, ensuring 100% accountability, tracking, and compliance for all deployed equipment and critical site contact networks.
  • Quality Assurance & Installation Excellence: Define and enforce rigorous testing, integration, and validation standards to guarantee zero-defect delivery and flawless post-installation performance.
  • Vulnerability & Compliance Oversight: Direct the tracking, mitigation, and reporting of systems patching to guarantee continuous alignment with strict information assurance (IA) and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Executive Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders and clients, delivering strategic updates on system performance, troubleshooting initiatives, and incident resolutions.
  • Deployment & Timeline Management: Own and manage high-level customer expectations, SLA compliance, and strategic delivery timelines for multi-site enterprise deployments.
  • Product & Business Unit Alignment: Drive ECS product development roadmaps and deployment strategies across the Business Unit, aligning technical capabilities with broader corporate objectives.
  • Workforce Development & Training Standards: Champion the creation, institutionalization, and enforcement of technical training standards to elevate team capabilities and maintain a high-performing technical workforce.
  • Strategic Growth & Enterprise Scaling: Spearhead growth initiatives and capture support within the Business Unit, scaling capabilities to advance the broader ECS Enterprise mission.
  • Knowledge Management & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by designing institutional knowledge-transfer frameworks for team members and client personnel.

Salary: 220,000-240,000
