About the Role
Twelve months into this role, you'll have designed and delivered multiple AI-enabled AWS architectures for our customers . From generative AI applications built on Amazon Bedrock to well-architected data and ML platforms — while becoming a trusted technical voice in our AWS partnership, helping scope and win new engagements.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for customer engagements involving AI/ML and generative AI workloads on AWS, from discovery through delivery.
- Design and review AWS Well-Architected solutions spanning compute, data, security, and AI/ML services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and related managed AI services.
- Partner directly with AWS account teams and specialist Solutions Architects to scope opportunities, run technical validations, and support proposals and SOWs as an AWS partner.
- Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture reviews with customer stakeholders, translating business goals into concrete AWS designs.
- Use AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") tools like Claude Code to rapidly build proofs of value and working prototypes that demonstrate business impact to customers early in the sales cycle.
- Mentor solutions engineers and delivery teams on AI architecture patterns, cost optimization, and AWS best practices.
- Track the evolving AWS AI/ML and generative AI service landscape and evaluate new services for customer applicability.
- Contribute to reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and playbooks that help scale the practice.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 8–10 years of experience in solutions architecture, cloud engineering, or a related technical role, with significant hands-on AWS experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI/ML or generative AI solutions on AWS (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, or comparable services).
- Experience working within an AWS Partner or systems integrator environment — scoping engagements, supporting AWS co-sell motions, or working alongside AWS account teams.
- Strong working knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework across security, reliability, cost, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting architecture and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain significant overlap with US time zones to support collaboration with US-based partners and customers.
- Hands-on comfort with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to prototype quickly and translate ideas into demonstrable customer value.
Preferred:
- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect – Professional, Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
- Background in FinOps, managed services, or security within cloud environments.
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or other customer-facing technical role.
