Senior Oracle EPM and ERP Cloud Consultant

Job Summary:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance on Oracle EPM Cloud applications. Recommend design solutions and proactively identify areas for improvement. Provide functional support to business and development teams. Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with cross-functional teams. Develop testing strategies and monitor compliance using configurable dashboards. Support business teams in analyzing and resolving reconciliation issues during month-end close.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum ten years of experience with focus on business analysis, solutioning, configuration, and reporting.
• Extensive experience working on Oracle EPM Cloud applications including Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPM EPBCS), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (EPM FCCS), Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (EPM ARCS).
• Demonstrate industry best practices.
• Experience working with finance senior leaders to drive efficiency and solve business pain points.
• Deep understanding of ERP is mandatory, especially with General Ledger (GL), Oracle Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Intercompany (IC) and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is highly preferable with good exposure to Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anchor design discussions with various stakeholders from business and IT.
• Certification in Oracle EPM and ERP Cloud Finance modules will be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to EPM EPBCS, EPM FCCS and EPM ARCS.
• Provide guidance on system functionalities and recommend design solution.
• Proactively find gaps and areas of improvements related to EPM EPBCS, EPM FCCS and EPM ARCS.
• Provide functional support to Business and Development teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Develop testing strategy.
• Monitor compliance by configurable dashboards.
• Support business teams in analyzing and resolving reconciliation issues during month
