Responsibilities
- Support sales in exceeding quotas through enterprise solution selling.
- Co-sell on strategic opportunities, attend customer meetings, and establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Ramp up as a trusted customer-facing resource within the first few months, confidently engaging in C-level enterprise conversations.
- Win multiple high-value opportunities within the first year by effectively demonstrating the value of People.ai’s solutions and addressing technical pre-sales inquiries.
- Drive significant annual upsell expansion revenue by ensuring seamless deal coverage during implementation and fostering long-term customer success.
- Deliver training modules regularly for AE Enablement or company-wide training, including live training and enablement programs on new features and competitive updates.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales messaging for new product releases and strategic initiatives, producing customer-facing content (e.g., whitepapers, articles, documentation).
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Solution Engineering.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent presentation and demo capabilities; confident in remote and in-person customer engagements.
- Expertise in Salesforce, data analytics, and technical experience (e.g., some coding or data engineering background).
- Proven track record as a top performer in solution engineering roles.
- Experience in creating training and customer-facing content to enable sales teams.
- Knowledge of big data, analytics, revenue operations, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Account teams, and cross-functional teams such as Product.
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and adapting to new technologies.
- Open to feedback, willing to challenge ideas constructively, and committed to the success of People.ai and its customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and solve high-level technical and business challenges.
