As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business challenges. You'll design custom integrations that save our clients millions in processing costs while directly shaping the future of our product.

Your role:
In this role, you'll show the best of your technical and business skills.
Solution design and implementation
Understand customer needs and design scalable solutions that integrate Rossum with customer systems.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
Present technical solutions to stakeholders from IT teams to C-level executives
Identify potential security risks to both the solution and the overall delivery process.
Partner enablement
Enable implementation partners with technical knowledge and best practices
Product influence
Provide product feedback based on real customer implementations
Identify patterns in customer needs that inform product roadmap decisions
What you’ll work with:
We integrate many technologies within our product, so familiarity or experience is a huge plus for you:
Python (or any coding language)
REST APIs (for integrating services)
You should apply if:
You love solving complex puzzles and can contextualize technical decisions by business impact
You have engineering background and looking to solve high-level design problems rather than low-level tasks
You are UX-sensitive, always considering how your design decisions will affect the end-user.
You are familiar with the end-to-end development process, having participated in a dev process in some capacity (experience with JIRA is a plus).
You thrive in in fast-paced environments
You communicate transparently and base your decisions on data while remaining open to good arguments
Bonus points for:
Experience with document processing, OCR, or AI/ML technologies
Background in enterprise integrations or workflow automation
Familiarity with accounts payable, finance operations, or business process automation
Previous consulting or customer success experience in B2B SaaS
