We’re looking for a Senior Solution Architect who embodies these values and thrives on solving complex challenges for clients in the healthcare ecosystem. In this role, you’ll architect transformative solutions, guide clients confidently through implementation, and ensure our technology enables measurable outcomes.
This is a full‑time onsite role located at our Overland Park, KS office.
What You’ll Do
Champion Bold Solutions (BOLD)
- Design end‑to‑end solution architectures that address complex business problems using Netsmart technology.
- Identify innovative technical paths that push the boundaries of what’s possible for clients.
Drive Purposeful Impact (PASSIONATE)
- Develop clear, actionable specifications to guide implementation and managed services teams.
- Deliver workflow and solution designs that tie directly to client goals and measurable outcomes.
Pursue Excellence Relentlessly (RELENTLESS)
- Provide leadership on large, multifaceted projects—removing roadblocks and driving continuous improvement.
- Resolve escalated issues with deep solution knowledge, ensuring stability and client confidence.
- Identify and quantify improvement opportunities that demonstrate value and achieve promised benefits.
Collaborate to Win (COLLABORATIVE)
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with client stakeholders—from technical teams to executives.
- Partner closely with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Coach and mentor solution teams on best-practice methodologies and solution strategies.
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years in healthcare IT implementation or consulting
- 5+ years working with electronic health record (EHR) solutions
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong communicator able to simplify complex technical concepts for all audiences
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions
- Skilled in navigating complexity and solving problems with clarity and focus
Preferred
- Experience advising executive‑level stakeholders on strategic initiatives
Expectations
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
