As a Senior Solution Architect (EMEA Region) you will be acting as a consultant to our customers making sure that they get the best out of our platforms whilst actively leading the technical vision to success. You will play a central role in Phrase’s efforts to introduce and successfully implement cutting edge localization solutions into some of the biggest and most varied businesses in the Americas region.

• Being a subject matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices
• Understanding and aligning customer technology stack to optimize localization process
• Supporting customers during the onboarding process with planning, implementation and training based on their requirements
• Supporting Customer Success Managers for complex technical customer queries
• Auditing existing customer configurations and making recommendations to optimize their production with the latest platform technologies
• Working closely with the product team to make sure that customer requirements are mapped and understood
• Tracking existing technology solutions and following the latest trends and developments in the localization industry
• Attending trade shows, speaking at conferences, and maintaining a visible presence through social platforms

• Based in Europe
• Have worked in an SA role and have a strong understanding of localization via working for an LSP or Localization team
• Experience in SAAS onboarding and platform migrations is preferable
• Experience in integration projects involving API and connectors is a plus
• Hands-on machine translation and LLM-based product experience is a plus
• Software development experience, specifically scripting experience, in Python, C#, JavaScript, Google App Script, Ruby, or PowerShell a bonus.
• Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to drive multiple projects toward completion in parallel
