The role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery across complex enterprise environments.
Job Description
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead detailed requirements analysis by collaborating with Finance business stakeholders to ensure clear, complete, and well‑documented business and technical needs
Design end‑to‑end technology solutions aligned with Financial Reporting objectives, leveraging SAP and related platforms
Manage and oversee solution implementation activities to ensure delivery within agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget
Ensure seamless system integrations and resolve technical dependencies across platforms and interfaces
Act as a key liaison between business, IT delivery teams, and external partners to drive effective communication and alignment
Develop and execute testing strategies, ensuring solutions meet defined business requirements and quality standards
Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution designs, implementation plans, testing evidence, and compliance artefacts
Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to regulatory, GxP, SOP, and data integrity requirements
KPI: On‑time, compliant delivery of Financial Reporting solutions meeting agreed business outcomes
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology roles, ideally within complex enterprise environments
Strong hands‑on experience working with SAP solutions, particularly in Finance and Reporting areas
Proven experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions
Demonstrated expertise in solution design and architecture within large‑scale programs
Experience managing implementation lifecycles, including testing and quality assurance phases
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, including GxP and data integrity requirements
Essential skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to deliver structured, high‑quality solutions in regulated environments
Languages: English (business fluent)
Desirable Requirements:
Experience working in Financial Reporting domains within life sciences or regulated industries
Exposure to global or multi‑regional transformation programs
