This role partners closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to analyse requirements, design robust solutions, and ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery across complex and regulated environments.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead requirements gathering and analysis with Finance stakeholders related to Product Cost Controlling processes
Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and technical specifications
Design end‑to‑end technology solutions aligned with business objectives, SAP standards, and controlling best practices
Oversee implementation activities to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Ensure seamless integration across systems and proactively manage technical dependencies and risks
Act as a liaison between business teams, IT delivery partners, and external vendors to ensure alignment and transparency
Define and execute testing and quality assurance activities to confirm solutions meet business and compliance requirements
Ensure adherence to regulatory, GxP, SOP, and data integrity requirements across the solution lifecycle
KPI: Timely and compliant delivery of Product Cost Controlling solutions meeting agreed business outcomes
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology roles within enterprise environments
Strong SAP experience, particularly within Finance and Controlling areas
Proven experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technology solutions
Demonstrated expertise in solution design for complex Finance and controlling processes
Experience supporting or managing end‑to‑end solution implementation activities
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to GxP and compliance requirements
Essential skills: Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to deliver structured solutions in complex Finance landscapes
Languages: English (business fluent)
Desirable Requirements:
Experience supporting Product Cost Controlling processes in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing industries
Exposure to large‑scale global Finance or SAP transformation programs
