Purpose of this position / Position summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both Manual and Automation Testing, a strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and hands-on expertise with modern automation tools and frameworks. Experience in the healthcare domain and Windows application testing is highly preferred.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and Windows-based applications.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including requirements analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, and Playwright
- Usage of GiThub copilot in prompt engineering
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and work effectively within co-located and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with C#, Selenium, Playwright and API Testing
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Estimate work items, manage technical debt, and deliver features on time.
Generative & Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering (Desirable)
- Use Generative AI tools for code scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and documentation to improve productivity and quality.
- Apply basic prompt engineering techniques to obtain reliable and secure outputs from AI tools.
- Experience with Agentic AI concepts where applicable (e.g., automating repetitive coding/testing tasks) under guidance from architects or technical leads where needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

- 6+ years of professional software Test experience, with significant exposure to C#, Selenium and Playwright
