Job Responsibilities:
- Senior Software Technologist who can own and deliver end to end software of a component or set of components.
- Person would be also responsible to co-ordinate with DevOps team for CI-CD related changes/improvements/troubleshooting.
- Possess excellent programming knowledge or domain knowledge, being recognized and approached by team members for expertise and guidance, ensures consistent application of best practices and high standards across projects.
- Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends such as use on Copilot and other AI platforms for efficiency in software engineering. Incorporating new tools and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality.
- Integrates software components and third-party libraries into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability with minimal disruption.
- Conducts and participates in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
- Analyzes and optimizes application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance user experience and system efficiency, ensuring the software meets performance benchmarks.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
