  • Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently  
  • Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively  
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed  
  • Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans  
  • Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features  
  • Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts

Requirements

Core Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience  
  • 6-10 years experience in technical project management or related field  
  • Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills  
  • Team-oriented work style  
  • Leads complex, multi-team projects independently  
  • Develops and executes strategic project initiatives  
  • Manages critical supplier/vendor relationships  
  • Drives cross-functional process improvements  
  • Leads risk management and mitigation strategies
