Leads planning and execution of mid-sized avionics projects involving engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers. Responsibilities include milestone and deliverable tracking, risk assessment and mitigation, technical design reviews, resource and budget planning, schedule management, project documentation, supplier relationship management, and process improvement. The role independently resolves complex issues, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, optimizes project management tools, and influences department-level decisions.

Lead planning and execution of mid-sized avionics projects, coordinating engineering, operations, and quality teams. Own risk assessments, deliverable tracking, resource and budget allocation, supplier management, and process improvements. Facilitate design reviews, resolve technical challenges, and train teams on project tools and methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.

Develop and maintain C/C++ test software and automated test stations for in-flight entertainment hardware. Design, debug, and deploy production test procedures and equipment integrations, troubleshoot hardware/software failures, support new product introduction, and improve manufacturing test processes and CI/CD practices while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

Designs, prototypes, verifies, and documents complex electrical test equipment for development, qualification, and production. Leads PCB and cabling design, integrates test systems with manufacturing software, ensures EMC regulatory compliance (FCC/CE), supports production troubleshooting, and manages supplier selection and schedule delivery.

Leads the lifecycle, strategy, roadmap, requirements, business cases, launch, performance, and obsolescence management of hardware in-flight entertainment products. Aligns executives, airlines, partners, engineering, commercial, operations, supply chain, and design teams; owns product-line P&L and success metrics; presents strategy to stakeholders; supports sales opportunities; leads innovation workshops; and mentors Product Managers.

Design and verify system- and sub-system-level SATCOM and In-Flight Connectivity products. Define and manage requirements, create use cases and architecture, perform integration and interface analysis, support testing and acceptance, manage technical projects, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining technical documentation and improving systems-engineering processes.

Design, provision, operate, and maintain enterprise hybrid infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS. Monitor systems, respond to incidents, perform backups and disaster recovery, manage identity and access, administer Microsoft 365 and SaaS, support virtualization and storage, assist escalations, document processes, and lead infrastructure projects including patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.

Manage end-to-end proposal process: collect cost/schedule/performance inputs, produce and review proposal content and pricing worksheets, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Content and Digital teams, improve processes and templates, ensure quality and on-time RFP submissions, and support contract negotiations as needed.

Leads the architecture, design, implementation, and production delivery of embedded networking software for onboard aircraft video systems. Develops Layer 2/3 switching, multicast routing, IGMP, and RSTP functionality; performs board bring-up and hardware integration; optimizes low-latency network performance; and supports code reviews and technical design discussions. The role also requires Linux kernel and driver expertise, embedded circuit knowledge, A/V and 4K video-over-IP libraries, and participation in DevOps and CI/CD testing.

Develop and support software features for RAVE in-flight entertainment systems. Responsibilities include architecture, design, development, testing, integration, automation, debugging, continuous improvement, documentation, and SDLC adherence. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders and internal teams, presents technical concepts, estimates work, and mentors software team members. The role requires experience with software development across embedded, Linux/UNIX, Windows, or modern technology stacks.

Leads architecture, design, development, integration, validation, and deployment of an in-flight connectivity software platform. Oversees technical execution across aircraft networks, satellite and air-to-ground connectivity, cabin systems, hardware, and ground interfaces. Establishes development and testing standards, resolves technical and process issues, collaborates with global engineering and product teams, supports customers and sales, and mentors or manages technical personnel.

Leads manufacturing and product process engineering for electronic, mechanical, and aerospace products across their full lifecycle. Responsibilities include new product introduction, production and repair planning, supplier transitions, manufacturability, audits, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective action, quality improvement, yield optimization, cost reduction, and cross-functional technical leadership. The role also manages supplier capabilities, documentation, training, production transfers, and compliance with aerospace and quality standards.

Lead system-level engineering for SATCOM and In-Flight Connectivity products across lifecycle: define and verify requirements, design and analyze RF subsystems and link budgets, develop architectures and interfaces, perform integration and verification, support testing and troubleshooting, lead trade studies, mentor junior engineers, and maintain technical documentation and compliance.

Plans and leads complex connectivity and software release projects, coordinating engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers. Owns schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, resources, budgets, documentation, and mitigation plans. Facilitates design reviews, resolves technical and allocation issues, improves project management processes, and trains teams on project tools. Influences cross-functional decisions while managing vendor relationships and competing priorities.

Lead system-level engineering for SATCOM and in‑flight connectivity products, translating customer needs into requirements and use cases, performing system/sub-system design and verification, and maintaining technical documentation. Design and integrate embedded cybersecurity across wired/wireless aircraft systems, perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, pen testing, incident response, and security assurance to support certification and regulatory compliance. Mentor juniors, manage technical projects, and scout emerging technologies.

Lead enterprise data systems architecture and roadmap, partner with executives to prioritize investments, govern data quality and integration, guide AI adoption, and mentor engineering and BI teams to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable data-driven process transformation.

Lead end-to-end program delivery for IFE products and services, managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and risks. Analyze program data and financials, justify costs and priorities, drive on-time execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company in customer meetings to maintain strong client relationships and inform strategic decisions.

Lead the RAVE Digital Product Line, owning vision, strategy, roadmaps and product lifecycle for digital services (advertising, IPTV/streaming, eCommerce, analytics). Drive business models, revenue, and cost-effective digital supply chain delivery. Build industry relationships, identify innovation opportunities, support sales/customer engagement, set timelines/resources, and provide strategic and operational leadership across product lines.

Lead technical interface between Customer Support and Engineering/Manufacturing for in-service IFC and SATCOM systems. Drive troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, test equipment design, reliability improvements, certification support, and mentor sustaining engineers to resolve field and production issues.
