Lead technical interface between Customer Support and Engineering/Manufacturing for in-service IFC and SATCOM systems. Drive troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, test equipment design, reliability improvements, certification support, and mentor sustaining engineers to resolve field and production issues.

Lead HR strategy and operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, payroll, and organizational development. Coach and direct the HR team, advise senior leadership on design and change management, drive workforce analytics and KPIs, manage audits and external reporting, and implement programs that support a diverse, high-performance workplace.

Lead industrialization and manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and transfer-of-work. Coordinate design, suppliers, supply chain, quality, and production to validate processes, equipment, and tooling. Drive supplier industrialization, capacity planning, PFMEA/FAI, DfM/DfA, yield and ramp strategies, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA/EASA. Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and support international supplier negotiations and complex production relocations.

Lead manufacturing process engineering for electronic and electromechanical products across NPI through end-of-life. Drive supplier transfers, manufacturability, yield, quality (PPM/COPQ), test troubleshooting, root-cause/corrective actions, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Operations, Quality, Supplier Management, and customers.

Lead planning and execution of mid-sized avionics projects, coordinating engineering, operations, and quality. Own risk assessments, schedules, resource allocation, supplier relationships, budgets, and deliverable tracking. Facilitate design reviews, resolve technical challenges, document project decisions, optimize PM tools, and drive cross-functional process improvements to deliver complex technical initiatives.

Design and verify system- and sub-system-level SATCOM and In-Flight Connectivity products. Define and manage requirements, create use cases and architecture, perform integration and interface analysis, support testing and acceptance, manage technical projects, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining technical documentation and improving systems-engineering processes.

Design, architect, and implement high-performance embedded networking software for onboard aircraft video systems. Lead development of Layer 2/3 switching, IGMP, RSTP, and multicast routing, perform board bring-up with hardware teams, optimize low-latency switching, and support peers through design reviews and CI/CD-driven network testing.

Lead global brand, product marketing, and external communications for RAVE in the IFEC market. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, own brand identity and product positioning, manage tradeshow and media presence, oversee budgets and agencies, build a high-performing marketing team, and drive partner co-marketing and commercial outcomes.

Lead strategy and roadmap for analytics and data platforms, own end-to-end product lifecycle, partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable cloud BI solutions, translate customer needs into requirements, define KPIs and measure product impact, influence executives, prioritize backlogs, and mentor junior PMs to drive IFEC and entertainment analytics innovation.

Lead architecture, design, and technical execution of the in‑flight connectivity software platform. Translate requirements into certifiable designs, direct software development and integration across hardware, networks, and aircraft systems, define testing/verification strategies, mentor engineers, and support customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Lead product initiatives for OEM connectivity by translating business and customer needs into requirements, managing the product backlog, coordinating with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, contributing to roadmap and metrics, and driving product delivery for inflight connectivity and satellite-based aerospace solutions.

Lead system-level engineering for SATCOM and In-Flight Connectivity products across lifecycle: define and verify requirements, design and analyze RF subsystems and link budgets, develop architectures and interfaces, perform integration and verification, support testing and troubleshooting, lead trade studies, mentor junior engineers, and maintain technical documentation and compliance.

Design, develop, test, and integrate software features for in-flight entertainment. Build and maintain automated tests and CI/CD, triage and debug issues, drive quality improvements, estimate and deliver work, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor other engineers while improving SDLC and documentation.

Design, provision, operate, and maintain enterprise hybrid infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS. Monitor systems, respond to incidents, perform backups and disaster recovery, manage identity and access, administer Microsoft 365 and SaaS, support virtualization and storage, assist escalations, document processes, and lead infrastructure projects including patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.

Lead end-to-end program delivery for IFE products and services, managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and risks. Analyze program data and financials, justify costs and priorities, drive on-time execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company in customer meetings to maintain strong client relationships and inform strategic decisions.
