Test and validate digital media deliveries to ensure technical compliance and proper display. Troubleshoot audio/video sync, language, and metadata issues. Manage SD card inventory and duplication, track delivery statuses, coordinate rejected media with partners, document vendor/internal errors, and support cross-functional content integration and lab process improvements.

Lead industrialization and manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and transfer-of-work. Coordinate design, suppliers, supply chain, quality, and production to validate processes, equipment, and tooling. Drive supplier industrialization, capacity planning, PFMEA/FAI, DfM/DfA, yield and ramp strategies, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA/EASA. Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and support international supplier negotiations and complex production relocations.

Lead strategic planning and execution of hardware and key software releases for the RAVE product. Oversee project managers, resource and capacity planning, integrated master scheduling, supplier management, and performance metrics. Drive cross-functional alignment, recovery plans, process adherence, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery and quality within an AS9100 environment.

Lead manufacturing process engineering for electronic and electromechanical products across NPI through end-of-life. Drive supplier transfers, manufacturability, yield, quality (PPM/COPQ), test troubleshooting, root-cause/corrective actions, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Operations, Quality, Supplier Management, and customers.

Design, develop, and test mechanical components and simple assemblies across product lifecycle stages. Create CAD models and mechanical drawings, support prototyping, validation, fixture design, testing, fabrication, and manufacturing support. Collaborate cross-functionally and assist senior engineers while providing guidance to teammates.

Lead planning and execution of mid-sized avionics projects, coordinating engineering, operations, and quality. Own risk assessments, schedules, resource allocation, supplier relationships, budgets, and deliverable tracking. Facilitate design reviews, resolve technical challenges, document project decisions, optimize PM tools, and drive cross-functional process improvements to deliver complex technical initiatives.

Lead strategy and roadmap for analytics and data platforms, own end-to-end product lifecycle, partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable cloud BI solutions, translate customer needs into requirements, define KPIs and measure product impact, influence executives, prioritize backlogs, and mentor junior PMs to drive IFEC and entertainment analytics innovation.

Lead product initiatives for OEM connectivity by translating business and customer needs into requirements, managing the product backlog, coordinating with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, contributing to roadmap and metrics, and driving product delivery for inflight connectivity and satellite-based aerospace solutions.

Support recruiting operations by maintaining documentation and templates, reviewing and standardizing job descriptions, coordinating interviews and schedules, managing ATS data, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and using tools (including AI) to improve recruiting materials and candidate experience.

Support operational logistics and inventory by transacting in business systems, receiving, labeling, counting, and issuing inventory, performing cycle counts, coordinating shipments to/from vendors (domestic and international), preparing shipping paperwork, and assisting offsite repair stations.

Lead and execute airworthiness qualification and regulatory compliance testing for hardware and software. Develop qualification procedures, manage test lab setup and schedules, coordinate with regulators and OEMs, troubleshoot EMC/ENV/STR failures, coach junior engineers, and ensure deliverables for Airbus, Boeing, and STC compliance.

Lead ideation, development, and launch of web-based content management and distribution platforms for inflight entertainment. Own content ingestion, catalog management, scheduling, validation, and distribution workflows; translate airline operational needs into scalable product requirements; collaborate with UX, backend/API, and engineering teams; define roadmaps, metrics, and ensure system reliability and best-in-class airline-facing tools.

Lead architecture, design, and technical execution of the in‑flight connectivity software platform. Translate requirements into certifiable designs, direct software development and integration across hardware, networks, and aircraft systems, define testing/verification strategies, mentor engineers, and support customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
