Job Description
As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will work with a talented group of developers to enhance task mining and intelligent automation products.
What you get to do in this role:

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and relevant documentation
• Perform functional and non-functional testing and assist the development team in refining stories with "testability" in mind
• Work with development and product teams to design the test strategy, including plans for load, performance and scalability testing
• Develop and enhance automation for testing APIs, distributed cloud systems, as well as native clients
• Report on quality metrics such as test coverage and defect clustering/distribution across product components
• Support the engineering team in debuging/troubleshoosting issues and help with investigating potential customer cases

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 6+ years professional experience in Quality Assurance and/or application development
• Very good knowledge of Linux/MacOS systems
• Good understanding of Docker & Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of .NET/C# & Java (Python, Go are a plus)
• Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, YAML and similar
• Experience with test automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
• REST API testing & Postman experience
• Hands-on experience with Load/Performance/Scalability testing
• ISTQB certified
• Experience driving cross-team technical discussions with an understanding of SDLC concepts
• Very good proficiency in English; Czech knowledge is a plus
