We are looking for a hardworking and engaged engineers with experience in Networking to join the System Ethernet QA Team. Our QA team is responsible to test and qualify the NVIDIA Ethernet solutions. We learn new features and design, implement them in product along with writing automation using python framework.
What you'll be doing:
Review architecture, design and requirements for new features introduced in the product
Design, develop, and implement tests for the new features, as part of SW GA releases and update releases
Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs in order to understand root cause verify bug fixes provided by the R&D team, raise if not fixed
Implement system tests in different scopes: regression, performance, functional and security.
Write automation tests and framework APIs based on the Python.
What we need to see:
5+ years of hands-on experience in QA / Networking
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Confirmed networking knowledge and hands-on experience (switching & routing)
Confident understanding of the following: Routing protocol: BGP/EVPN, VXLAN/OSPF. Multicast features: PIM/IGMP. QoS features: PFC/ECN/RoCE and more
Automation / Scripting skills and experience in Python and Linux Bash
Ability to handle several tasks in parallel. Optimally prioritize and responsibly complete them
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
CCNP, CCIE certification
Experienced in Python automation and source control tools.
Good Linux and Linux kernel knowledge.
Experience with various compute and virtualization environments: Linux KVM, VMware, ESXi.
