Senior Software QA Engineer

Summary:

Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.

• You will be playing a key role in the next-gen SaaS product and platform development.
• Good in preparing Test Plan and Test Case Verification
• Good Knowledge in Bug Life Cycle, SDLC process with Agile Methodology, Test Coverages,
• Good experience in using Management tools like Jira.
• Should have good hands-on experience in Functional and Non-Functional test Tools.
• Good Development and implementation knowledge in Java Languages
• Should have good knowledge in Automation Testing tools like Selenium / JMeter.
• Have good API Automation tools like Rest Assured
• Should have good Hands-on experience in Framework Design and should be good in TestNG / Cucumber 
• Good Hands-on knowledge in Page Object Model design.
• Have knowledge in Vulnerability Testing.
• Good in CI/ CD Process and Docker image creation and Kubernetes
• Have knowledge in DEV Ops Process
• Good knowledge in Release Management
• Contributes ideas for continually improving the team's productivity, job enjoyment, and code quality.

Additional Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
• 6 + years of experience in QA Engineering role
• Significant proficiency/in-depth knowledge in the domain (technology and/or products)
• Thorough understanding of software testing
• Experience with Telecom Product development with TMF standards preferred
• Experience testing scalable SaaS platform clear advantage.
