What You'll Do:

This opportunity is for a Software Engineer (12) or Sr Software Engineer (13). The Data portfolio is looking for software engineer interested in executing projects in support of Erie's strategic priorities specifically focused on the data technology portfolio as a developer with experience leveraging MarkLogic.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Must have experience in MarkLogic
• Experience writing XQuery and batch scripts
• Experience leveraging XML and JSON
• Experience working with AWS Databases like RedShift and Aurora
• Experience performing analysis, coding, and unit testing
• Desire to learn and grow as our technology landscape continues to evolve
• Clear and effective communicator (written, verbal, interpersonal)

• Develops program logic for new, complex applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing complex applications. Accurately delivers complicated code, configuration changes and enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus five years' related experience, or;
• Associate's degree in a technical field, plus seven years' related experience, or;
• High School Diploma plus nine years' related experience
