What You Will Be Doing
Design and implement robust architectural solutions that embed security, reliability, scalability, and performance as core attributes from the ground up.
Contribute hands-on to development through coding, code reviews, and optimization of critical software components.
Champion Agile methodologies, pair programming, and collaborative code reviews to elevate team performance and code quality.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding standards, and proactive monitoring across projects.
Collaborate across engineering and QA teams to design and implement efficient, comprehensive testing strategies.
Leverage modern platforms, frameworks, and open-source technologies to optimize flexibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent hands-on professional experience).
4–6+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated expertise in system design, architecture, and hands-on coding.
Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-grade solutions end-to-end in collaborative environments.
Strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies including Angular (v10+), React, Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, and PyTest.
Advanced knowledge of Linux environments, networking, scripting, debugging, and performance troubleshooting.
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, API design, RESTful services, and building scalable web applications.
Practical experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures, domain-driven design patterns, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, MongoDB), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure as Code practices, and secure coding standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative professional committed to continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
Experience designing and implementing event-driven systems, real-time or stream processing solutions, and modern data platforms.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
