Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned .NET Development Leader with a strong background in designing scalable enterprise solutions and leading engineering teams. The candidate will drive architecture, guide development teams, and deliver high-quality, cloud-native applications aligned with business objectives.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in software development
- At least 3–5 years in a Lead/Architect role managing teams and driving technical decisions
Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
- Frontend: React and/or Angular
- Experience with:
- Cloud platforms: Azure and/or GCP
- AI/ML integration (LLM APIs, intelligent workflows, or data-driven systems)
- GenAI / LLM-based solutions
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of:
- C#, OOPs, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture
- Distributed systems and scalable application design
- Database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
Good to Have
- Experience with Python (especially for ML/AI pipelines)
