Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement scalable applications using Python (NumPy, Pandas), Java
- Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure Cloud services
- Implement data models, data processing pipelines, and integrations across multiple systems
- Perform data analysis and transformation using Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Configure and customize applications using objects, workflows, automation, and system configurations
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Einstein GPT) to:
- Generate and optimize code
- Improve existing logic
- Auto-create unit test cases
- Identify and fix security vulnerabilities
- Build custom AI capabilities using:
- Copilot Builder
- Prompt Builder
- Model Builder
- Ensure high code quality using SonarQube, secure coding practices, and performance optimization techniques
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable systems
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development using:
- Python (NumPy, Pandas)
- Java / Spring Boot
- API development and integrations
- Solid experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare domain (HEDIS / quality measures)
- Experience working with AI-driven development or productivity tools
- Exposure to microservices architecture
