Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain highly scalable microservices within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on Microsoft Azure
- Establish, refine and integrate CI/ CD, feature testing automation, performance testing as needed. Good understanding of Infrastructure as code.
- Identify production and non-production application issues
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications, public cloud infrastructure cost, best cloud practices, scalability, and high availability
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science /Engineering/Science/Mathematics or related field with 2+ years of solid software engineering experience.
- Solid Software development experience in .Net core, c#, REST API, No-SQL databases like cosmos DB/ Mongo DB etc.
- Solid experience in Azure/ AWS application development, infrastructure, networking, monitoring, troubleshooting
- Experience with developing applications using Azure Kubernetes service (AKS)/ App Service/ function app / Cosmos DB / azure Storage / service bus queues / event hubs / application gateway or similar AWS services etc.
- Proficiency in Front-end application development using Angular or React
- Ability to design and implement highly scalable Restful microservices
- Knowledge in docker container, orchestrator like Kubernetes
- Development of both unit testing and function testing scripts that will be incorporated into the QA process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automating all deployment steps with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), terraform, DevOps pipeline like Git Action, Jenkins etc.
- High level ML/ LLM/ Prompt engineering knowledge.
- Understanding application security, CodeQL, Azure/ AWS security fixes
