What will you contribute?

We are seeking for Senior Software Developers to join our KTP Manila team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of business logic for our backend applications using Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate using Oracle and Postgres database. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements. This position is in Manila.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Lead the development and maintenance of backend applications using Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues and recommend optimal solutions

Troubleshoot and debug application issues and propose effective solutions.

Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to enhance the development process.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.

Required Experience:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree

Must have at least 4 - 6 years of software development experience including design and development.

Must have experience with Java and Spring Boot 3.

Must have back-end development experience using Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate.

Must have experience in Oracle and Postgres databases.

Experience with unit/integration testing using JUnit

Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology and practices

Experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers

Strong technical, analytical, and development skills.

Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.

Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Financial industry experience preferred.
