About Role

Join a world leader in Cloud based software solution for the Space Designing industry. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on the Cyncly SaaS products Spaces Flex –3D WEB interior/exterior design software under 3D-Workbox team and work on a TypeScript-based application with real-time 3D rendering built on an in-house engine with integrated to content platforms.

Responsibility

  • Develop code that is performance-oriented, cost-effective, and follows company-defined security standards.
  • Elaborate interfaces using standards and design principles defined by the team.
  • Develop systems with high availability.
  • Well versed with Unit testing and PSR Standards.
  • Master Software Development lifecycle, standards and technologies used by the team.
  • Deliver on time with high quality.
  • Write Automation tests to help out Automation SIT team.
  • Trouble Shooting and debugging skills for faster defect fixing.
  • Perform technical documentation of the implemented tasks.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Interns/Freshers and other programmers.
  • Identifies and recommends areas appropriate for further study and participates in any Proof of Concept projects required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption
  • Identifies implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives
  • Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computers OR IT-related courses.
  • 6-8 years of experience working in an agile environment with full stack development.
  • Must have:
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, SCSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, TypeScript, and experience with frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS, or BackboneJS.
    • Solid understanding of 2D/3D concepts of Geometry (transforms, geometry, spatial mathematics, vector calculations, matrix, graph, etc)
    • Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JEST.
    • Troubleshooting and debugging skills for issues and performance bottlenecks
    • Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility knowledge.
    • Participation in code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
    • Must have experience on responsive and adaptive UI development (Tablet and Phone based web app development)
       
  • Good to Have:
     
    • Knowledge of the NX mono repo framework.
    • Experience with state management libraries like React Zustand or similar.
    • Good understanding on back ed technologies like NodeJS, C#, Microservices, and .NET Core.
    • Good understanding with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
    • Good understanding of Azure services and infrastructure.
    • Strong grasp of SOLID design principles and design patterns.
    • Ability to develop and optimize web pages for speed and scalability.
    • Growth mindset and team player mentality.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment focused on delivering a world class product within an agile methodology utilizing latest technology frameworks.
    • Technological mindset that keeps up on the latest technology, best practices and continues to learn and apply those learning's to the Cyncly environment
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships across disciplines and across the organization

  • Experience with test driven development and Microservices architecture.
  • Knowledgeable in common SCM practices, such as branching and code merges.

  • Understanding of Agile practices and ability to use tools such as Azure DevOps to enable the delivery of high-quality code.

Skills Required
