We are seeking highly skilled Senior Developers with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native development, Databricks, and Azure. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of independently delivering complex modules, collaborating closely with architects and leads, and ensuring high-quality, scalable engineering solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Software Development
- Develop high-quality backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following coding standards and design guidelines
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, unit testing, and deployment
- Cloud & Data Engineering
- Develop and deploy applications on Azure cloud infrastructure
- Work with data engineering tools and frameworks including Databricks for ETL, transformations, and analytics tasks
- Work with SQL MI and relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
- Implement integration workflows involving Kafka and API-based communication patterns
- AI/ML Enablement (Exposure)
- Note: Not full-fledged modeling; focused on implementation support
- Collaborate with data scientists and leads to integrate AI/ML models into production pipelines
- Build and maintain data pipelines and model consumption services
- Support model deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking as needed

- Engineering Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to design principles, secure coding practices, performance tuning, and scalability considerations
- Write unit, integration, and automation tests to maintain code quality
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and automation initiatives
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Technical Leads, Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams to deliver features on time
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required
- Investigate and resolve complex issues across environments
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Solid hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, Azure, Python, MicroServices, Kafka, API, Databricks
- Experience with Databricks, SQL MI, and RDBMS platforms
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud-native development
- Good understanding of Kafka and real-time data processing concepts
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in agile teams
- Proven excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows or end-to-end model integration
