What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
- 30 Days: Complete technical onboarding, integrate into the two-week sprint cycle, and deliver initial contributions focused on resolving high-priority technical debt or back-end service improvements.
- 60 Days: Independently take ownership of a significant feature or a foundational enhancement to a data pipeline within the platform, actively contributing design and collaborating on roadmap planning.
- 90 Days: Independently scope, design, and drive a complex back-end project (e.g., a new service or a major system overhaul). Furthermore, identify and begin implementing a technical process or architectural improvement to enhance system performance and code quality.
