Social Finance, LLC seeks Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software that enables developers to interact with our Infrastructure and services. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and design software that is intuitive, efficient, scalable and reliable. Provide technical leadership for the platform application services to design and implement strategies for optimizing cloud costs, resource utilization, and overall performance. Lead the development of software solutions to enable engineers to seamlessly use infrastructure services. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance developer productivity. Collaborate with cloud and software engineers to integrate solutions seamlessly into cloud environments. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) Kotlin; (3) SQL Server; (4) Spring Boot; (5) AWS; (6) Scala; (7) Airflow; (8) Zookeeper; (9) Flutter; (10) GCP; (11) Terraform; (12) Python; (13) Kubernetes; (14) Neo4j; (15) Kafka; and (16) Flink. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $213,512.00 - $234,467.00 per annum.
