10+ years of relevant experience required.
Design scalable and robust software solutions aligned with customer infrastructure and business needs
Recommend innovative approaches to solve complex technical challenges
Incorporate DevOps principles into solution design to support seamless deployments (e.g., rolling updates, canary releases)
Follow Microsoft development standards and best practices
Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and resolving issues
Drive adoption of microservices architecture across projects
Utilize modern IDEs and code quality tools to maintain high development standards
Manage version control and oversee regular build and deployment cycles
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation using industry-standard tools (UML, Use Cases, etc.)
Continuously evolve architecture documentation based on changing requirements and emerging technologies
Ensure architectural integrity and alignment with system specifications
Promote software design best practices throughout the development lifecycle
