Senior Software Engineer

The purpose of this role is to develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company.

Job Description:

Must have skills1. Experience in cloud computing, particularly with one or more of the following platforms:  Azure (preferred). 
2. Proficiency in Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse (must), Redshift, Oracle, etc, as databases, along with strong SQL & Spark SQL skills. 
3. Experience with ETL tools ( Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica)
4. Experience with Azure Databricks
5. Experience in Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database
6. Experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)
7. Experience with real-time data processing frameworks (Spark Streaming, Flink)
8. Experience with PySpark and either Python or UNIX shell scripting. 
9. Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Tivoli, Tidal, or Stonebranch. 
10. A solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including when to use each type. 
11. Practical knowledge of data structures, databases, data warehousing, data marts, data modeling, and data ingestion and transformation processes. 
12. Experience in data warehousing.
13. Experience with Customer Data Platforms or Master Data Management systems
14. Strong debugging skills. 
15. Familiarity with version control systems (SVN) and project management tools (JIRA). 
16. Excellent communication skills.  

Good to have skills1. Working experience on Agile framework
2. Experience in client communication and exposure to Client Interaction
2. Cross functional team work internally and with external clients

Key responsibiltes1. Working as a IC
2. Understand the design / task and develop the code.
3. Perform mid to complex level tasks with minimal supervision
4. Documentation
5. Less supervision & guidance from senior resources will be required.
6.  Experience with data marketing platforms and campaign management systems 

Education Qulification1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
 

Certification If Any1. Any Basic level certification in AWS / AZURE / GCP. Azure Preferred
2. Snowflake Associate / Core 
 

Shift timing12 PM to 9 PM and / or  2 PM to 11 PM - IST time zone
