Skills Required
- 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- 4+ years of software development experience with strong emphasis on web-based user interface development
- Hands-on experience developing applications using C# Blazor Server and .NET Framework
- Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end libraries or frameworks
- Experience implementing user interfaces from Figma wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, or equivalent UX design tools
- Experience building responsive, accessible, user-friendly web application interfaces
- Understanding of component-based UI development, state management, event handling, form validation, and reusable design patterns
- Experience integrating front-end interfaces with APIs, services, data sources, and backend application logic
- Experience with browser developer tools, debugging, performance tuning, and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Experience with source control tools such as Git, branching, pull requests, and peer code reviews
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in private cloud environments such as PCF or OCP and/or public cloud environments such as GCP or Azure
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508 principles
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices
- Ability to collaborate with UX designers to interpret design intent and recommend practical UI solutions
- Amenable to working in an Agile environment
- Compliant with organizational guidelines for working from the office location
