Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Python Engineer to lead the design, development, optimization, and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, system performance optimization, CI/CD automation, cloud-native architectures, application security, job scheduling/orchestration frameworks, and emerging AI technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Python applications and services.
- Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
- Drive architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Conduct performance profiling, troubleshooting, and bottleneck analysis.
- Design solutions capable of supporting high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish automated testing, quality gates, vulnerability scanning, and release management processes.
- Drive DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Implement secure coding practices and application security standards.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
