Primary Responsibilities:
  • Full Stack Development & Architecture
    • Design and build scalable, production grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot for complex, enterprise scale application workflows and business logic
    • Develop API services, integration layers, and backend components, including RESTful services, event-driven processors, and reusable modules to enable seamless system integration across distributed environments
    • Translate business requirements into robust workflow models and technical specifications
    • Implement optimization, incident handling, compensation, retries, and error workflows following best practices
    • Integrate Camunda with microservices, enterprise systems, messaging platforms (Kafka, Service Bus, Event Grid), MongoDB databases, and cloud services
    • Participate in full SDLC: design, coding, debugging, testing, deployment, CI/CD, and performance tuning
  • Platform Engineering & Operations
    • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for workflow apps, ensuring automated testing and safe deployments
    • Monitor process execution using Camunda Operate/Optimize and resolve workflow incidents
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work with the scrum team, business and architects to refine requirements and design
    • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and best practice guidance
    • Collaborate with cross functional engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders for end to end delivery
  • Builder Responsibility:
    • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development
  • Experience with distributed systems, message brokers (Kafka, Azure EventsHub), and REST APIs
  • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering complex enterprise automation solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure/GCP cloud integration patterns
  • Experience with event driven architectures and asynchronous processing
  • Working knowledge with Camunda (integration from java code)
  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
  • Background in healthcare
  • Exposure to Camunda Optimize, Tasklist, Operate for monitoring & analytics
