We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to join our advanced product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of embedded software in actuator controls. Your expertise in motor control and embedded software, coupled with strong design and analysis skills, will be crucial in delivering high-quality and reliable products.Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Ø Develop and optimize FOC algorithms for PMSM/BLDC motors (current/speed/position loops)
Ø Implement SVPWM, MTPA, field-weakening, and dead-time compensation
Ø Develop drivers for EtherCAT (CiA 402) and CANopen protocol stacks
Ø Integrate absolute/magnetic encoders (BiSS, SSI, EnDat, SPI)
Ø Optimize real-time performance on ARM Cortex-M/R or TI C2000 platforms
Ø Collaborate with hardware engineers for board bring-up and system debugging
Ø Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electromechanical technologies and industry best practices.
Ø Support the manufacturing and production processes by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

Requirements / Qualifications
Ø Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
Ø 5+ years of embedded software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on motor drive/servo control/robotic joints
Ø Proficient in C/C++; familiarity with assembly optimization and low-level register operations; Python/Shell scripting is a plus
Ø Experience with ARM Cortex-M / Cortex-R series (e.g., STM32, TC series, TMS320); multi-core heterogeneous development experience preferred
Ø Deep understanding of FOC principles; mastery of SVPWM, MTPA, field-weakening control; sensorless FOC experience is a plus
Ø Proficiency with EtherCAT (SOEM/IGH) and CANopen (CiA 402); master/slave development experience preferred
Ø Skilled in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and CAN analyzers for hardware-software co-debugging
Ø Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink model-in-loop development workflows; ability to perform offline motor model simulation
Ø Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
