Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs to support business processes and system integrations
- Implement data access and business logic using JPA/Hibernate with MySQL and SQL Server databases
- Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas, queries, and data integration processes
- Develop and support ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to streamline software delivery
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support production environments using Splunk
- Participate in application design, code reviews, performance tuning, defect resolution, and production support activities
- Utilize AI/ML and Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, GPT, and other LLMs to improve development productivity and code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality software solutions

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based application development
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing REST APIs
- Experience with ETL development using Microsoft SSIS
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience with application monitoring and log analysis using Splunk
- Knowledge of SQL, database design principles, and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, preferably GitHub Actions
- Understanding of Git version control and Agile software development methodologies
- Proficiency in JPA/Hibernate and relational database technologies including MySQL and SQL Server
- Proven exposure to AI/ML concepts and Generative AI tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, GPT, and other LLM technologies
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
