Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable platform services and APIs.
Build capabilities that enable intelligent agents to discover information, invoke tools, execute actions, and orchestrate workflows.
Own features from design through deployment and production operations.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews.
Improve service performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and platform components.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and partner engineering teams.
Investigate production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, testing practices, and operational excellence.
Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Deep experience building large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, resiliency, and performance engineering.
- Extensive experience with modern cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience leading complex technical projects involving multiple engineering teams.
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
- Track record of delivering highly reliable production services at scale.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience building developer platforms, integration platforms, or extensibility ecosystems.
- Experience with AI platforms, agent systems, workflow automation, or orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed data platforms.
